We produce module houses made of wood and constructed with modern and rational volume technology. We deliver industrially optimized and custom-built apartment buildings and group homes to professional customers in Sweden and Norway. Derome Plusshus is primarily delivered as group-built single-family homes and apartment buildings. Our industrial building system is also well suited for example offices, senior housing and densification projects. We deliver industrially optimized and customized multi-dwelling buildings and collectively built houses to professional clients in Sweden and Norway from our house factories in Kristinehamn and Renholmen. Our customers can choose if the delivery should be ex works, free workplace or standing frame. In selected projects, we can also deliver turnkey above ground.
