Service Node enables service companies, facility companies and equipment owners to easily manage everything related to Service & Maintenance by providing simple tools to track, document and schedule all service performed. Service Node consists of four key components; The Service Node (a smart tag with QR & NFC technology) which is installed on the service location or object; the mobile application that is used by the service staff; the public URL - a simple way for external users to get available open data from the Service Node; the web application which is mainly used for service review, administration and sharing service information with other organisations using Service Node.
