RISE's pilot scale bioreactors are used for enzymatic hydrolysis of lignocellulosic biomass and fermentation. The reactors have volumes of 50 and 600 litres and can be operated in batch, fed-batch or continuous mode. The bioreactors are designed for both aerobic and anaerobic processes.
